What makes you smart is your ability to learn from your mistakes. And the only way to learn from your mistakes is to be humble enough to admit that you make mistakes.
It makes no difference how intellectually predisposed you are to being smart. It doesn't matter whether or not you inherited your father's high IQ scores. It matters not how much schooling you've received. Frankly, it doesn't matter either how much life experience you've gone through, 'cause if you can't be humble enough to admit your errors in life, you simply cannot learn from them. And everyone knows that our mistakes are the perfect opportunities to true learning.
Bottom line, recognizing that there is more worth in humility than in pride is the beginning of what makes you smart.

Everybody is smart.There's no hard and fast rules to guide criteria of smartness.You are smart.

First off, I don't see how this is a beauty question. Other than that, intelligence is affected by education, willingness to learn, adapability to new circumstances, genetics, and experience.

My ablity to write poetry and design clothes as well as my ability to compose on the violin. I also take photographs. Also my ablity to interpret art and analyze movies. I also have the ability to design building.
