Advice: get it somewhere that is easy to hide when you dont want the tat to show. Ankle is not easy to hide, unless you are wearing boots. I would have to go with neck, as long as it is not visible all the time.

I would get it across the back of the neck, theres no way thats gonna fit on your ankle .

Fonts have to be done large to be done nicely.
Remember,If lines are too close together the ink will bleed and look like mush over time. Especially with cursive lettering, your 'e's will all merge together and your 'o's will look like blobs of smudged ink in a few years. You have to get everything at a decent size.
Any decent artist will tell you this in the shop before you get it done. Its just not possible to get it done on your ankle.

Good job. it sounds like its gonna look great!♥
You could even get a few stars on the ends falling off the words falling down your back...

I say go for the ankle and as lovely as tats are, always put them somewhere where it can be covered by clothing, i.e. NOT YOUR NECK. Unless you're talking back of neck. Have fun!

You should get it on your ankle if anything. It's so hard to get a job when you have a tattoo on your neck, my brother can't find a good job because he has a dragon tattoo on his neck.

Whilst you crack your arms, the gasoline in your joints is... Doing... Something... I do not quite respect. I've learn in a form of places that it's completely prime-nice for you, and a couple of it says your grip probably weakened. I crack my arms day-to-day almost (its certainly a dependancy and that i have to quit) and my grip is fine consequently a long way. I suppose that cracking your neck is hazardous for you despite the fact that, because it wears down the vertebrae.
