Makeup - November 2006

I have circles and I am not that old AT ALL! not even 20 and ive looked up the reason on why there are circles its because of thin skin and .. usually starts to show when someone is older I need help pleaseeee WILL SHEER COVER OR BARE MINERALS HELP?!?! (I did caps on purpose) please someone I need help I am not looking for an answer that ends with a question I need real help !

ok im new with makeup and im a teenage, so that means i have to use the foundation to cover up pimples...but i heard a rumur that foundation makes lines of ur face show more...ive used it all over my face for awhile till i heard about that, and when i acually looked i seen lines showing, i was sad because im one of those people who is scared of what people think...so now i dont use foundation...so what do i do?

I only use eyeliner on the bottom lashes. I tried putting it on top but I hated how it looked, my eye looked smaller. Is that normal? was I just doing something wrong?
