Why not? If you use this to look and feel better, then yes, of course you can.
Today at the mall I saw a woman that HAD to be in her mid-70's in a pair of black tights (not footed). I hate to say it, but she looked better than the teenage girls.
So the message is: sometimes it DOES work. Just don't go overboard and do the Cleopatra thing.

Honey, if you like it I Love it! What's most important is that you feel comfortable with your look. Generally, I recommend a soft black or brown-black eyeliner for more mature women as a true black can make us look older than we intend. Also, you're doing great by not taking the line all the way in to the corner. That can age us also. You know exactly what you're doing, so keep it up!

I think it looks great as long as it is not liquid liner which can look harsh (especially as we mature). It is best to use a pencil liner and soften the line with a pointed q-tip or use a thin line of black eyeshadow (applied with a dry eyeliner brush or a very tiny angle brush) for a softer look still.

yes, i use it on upper and lower lids, im 52, and actually only started using it in last few years, it does make a difference , my cousin is 63, and uses it, and her eyes look great, just make sure the line is thin, or you can also smudge it with a q-tip
ps: if youve had a rough night, or eyes look dull or red, try midnight blue, the blue brightens your eyes

For a woman of that age I think black is a little harsh. Why not try a charcoal or a warm brown? It looks a bit softer.

It depends on your coloring. I say if you still have dark hair and eyebrows, then yes. If you are gray or color your hair brown or red then a dark brown or gray will look better. Black eyeliner is too strong for some fair complexions.

Black on the outside always makes eyes "open up" and that is a good thing!! You can do whatever you want, you should know how you like things.

I think it's okay so long as you aren't putting on fake eyelashes. Its fine to enhance your best assests with a little make-up help, and eyeballs don't age !lol!!

Sure! As long as you balance it out with red lipstick, black mascara, and smokey eye-shadow. Work it, girl!
