I'm going to straighten my hair and I unfortunately, cannot straighten it in the morning. How can I straighten my hair at about 6:00 tonight and have it stay the same way until even when I wake up and go to school the next day. I don't wash my hair every day so washing is not a problem but I'm afraid my hair won't be straight anymore when I wake up (I put it in a ponytail). How can I keep it the way it is when I straighten it tonight?

I've tried blow-drying it strand-by-strand while keeping it tight, but it doesn't work too well on my hair. Is there any other way??

What does it actually do for your hair? My hair is getting rather thin in texture and I seem to be losing a lot of if even though it is in really great shape. It is not at all dry or dull.

I have to go to a formal and i decided not to get my hair done. Either mom or I will do my hair so i need some websites for step by step instructions on how to do my hair or if somebody knows something i should do. I have curly hair but i always straighten it. we have almost every hairstyling product or tools you can imagine so anything you can think of works.

Well i have semi afro hair, it is not real coarse hair, it is very tightly curled soft hair so it is basically semi afro. Im not sure how to style it this summer, i dont want to shave it all off because when it is cut short it ends up looking straight. Another options was to get cornrows but in Sudan most people think of it as a girl thing so i would feel quite embaressed walking in the streets with cornrows. I was thinking of getting short dreadlocks such as these

My hair is about 3.5inches at the top, and about 3inches around the sides and back. I want something that will not look too extreme but also look very stylish. I am trying to bring back my original color (Ash Blonde) but when I use a 30% peroxide, it pulls red. I really don't want to go higher (such as 40%) but I can't figure out how to do it. Should I go lower (such as 20%)?

Is there some hair conditioner or shampoo that will actually increase the rate of your hair falling down (resulting in a worry for hair loss)? I've been using the charles worthington (results line), on and off for a year, as I like to change my shampoos every now and then, and I noticed that after a month of using the charles worthington I suffer from great worry of increase hair loss and my hair just fall so fast that it is every where!.. I stopped using the hair conditioner but still using the shampoo (for a week now), but still the hair loss specially at the shower time is extremely worrying, I need to know if anyone suffers the same with this product or any other one, or if you know of any reviews / similar experience with others in this matter, to help me identify the problem. thank you.

Hi I want to know how to grow a nice long hair just like Orlando Bloom or Aragorn from LoTR.

My hair is just straight all the way but some short hairs are a bit in a curl, I was wondering if I could start to grow a curly hair too, do I need to heat it or wear a beanie everyday or something?

Right now my hair is short I just had a 2 and 3 last week ( 2/1 short on the bottom and 3'ds of a short on the top ) so then my top hair is a little longer than my ridge hair.

I was also wondering if new hair cuts matter if your going to grow a long hair, like what kind of hair should I start with? bald? well I think it doesn't matter.

I tried growing a long hair but when I just take a bath my hair just stands straight up! and it's kinda unruly too because I want it to go down but some are just sticking up so what I do is I wear some kind of a bonnet every night.

Anyways what can I do to start maintaining a non-unruly hair?

Any hair-do's while I wait for it to grow?

I'm really worried because my mom's aunt shaved her eyebrows off and they never grew back.

Is it possible to have damaged the root when I was peeling off the mask?

Has this ever happened to anyone reading this? If so, did they grow back? And if they did, how long did it take?

I've heard that you can tell what your hair will look like by looking at your mother's father's hair. Does anyone have the evidence of that? Or at least some article?

Okay so i dyed my hair dark brunette like 2 months ago, i was a really light blonde, i didnt like it so i bought platinum blonde dye and dyed it. well it tured out red with platinum blonde roots and know i have dark roots coming in and it looks terrible! My 14-year-old daughter did a very stupid thing and dyed her beautiful, unique red hair this horrid dark brown (without my permission). I want her hair back to its original color like NOW. is there a way to get the hair dye out of her hair and restore back to its original color? she said she used "Loreal."
