Its supposed to be cloudy and the temperature is supposed to be the low as 59 and the high as 77. What should I wear? (Shirt, Bottoms, etc.)

My sister is an All-Star cheerleader. The team divides the girls by age group. She is 13 and she practices with 11-13 year olds. When she leaves the house she's wearing a shirt (with a sports bra underneath) and shorts, which I can understand. But then when she comes home every time she's not wearing her shirt, instead she's just in a sports bra and shorts. Why do girls take their clothes off at practice. I don't get it? And it's not just my sister, because when I've gone w/ my mom to pick her up, other girls are without shirts too. I know it's not a rule, because their are girls who do wear shirts the whole time.

1 - It's know it's not too hot in their cheer gym, because I've been in their to pick up my sister.

2 - It's an all girls cheer team; No boys are around at all at any time.

3 - They're 11-13, so they don't have big breasts yet, and so they have nothing to show off.

i like it but i dont know if i should get it as i dont know if it will suit me and my mum said get it if you want but we dont know what my school will say. however some one has pink bits in their hair! i have dark brown hair but not as dark as that, and it is just a few inches past my shoulders - i want to grow it but it doesnt grow fast, what do you think?

Can someone PLEASE tell me what's the latest fashion trends? I'm not paticularly a skirt type of person or a tights type of person. So please don't give me those advices. I LOOVE those cropped jackets though. You know the ones those rly short jackets? Well yeah, and i absolutely ADORE flats :)
