you'll have to try ebay if you want to look online. if you are willing to go to the store, i'd head to tj.maxx, marshalls, or steinmart. you aren't going to get a $20 one. you just won't. the only way to get one that cheap is bringing it back from china. what i would tell you, is don't worry about the brand. my friend has a northface soft shell, and i have a columbia one- which was like $100-$150 cheaper. i understand this is hard, but you really can't worry about the brand. if you still feel the need to get the northface, you could also try nordstroms. while browsing their website i stumbled across a couple fleeces. but don't go expecting a $20 one. it's just not gonna happen. =(

Watch for sales, although the prices may not dip as low as $20.
Your other choice would be to check out your local thrift and consignment shops. At thrift stores, in particular, you can sometimes find name brands clothing for almost nothing. If you don't find what you are looking for, ask. Some shops will even take your name & sizes and call you if they get something in you might like. I've found many nice things at such shops, and am not ashamed to say where I bought them.

Hello! Try this app on your phone, it is called Vinted. People sell used and new items or you can swap your old items with then for theirs. I've gotten so many nice things off of there. Just got a north face, brand new for only 30$! And most people are very negotiable! :) try it out, it's great.

You really can't. TJ Max only sells fake ones. EBay might work though. The cheapest i have seen them is $50.
