Frederick's of Hollywood (www.fredericks.com). But you can save a lot of money by just carefully cutting out the cotton crotch area of your regular pantyhose. Just be sure not to cut into the nylon, or you'll get rips all the way down your legs.

Go to any sex shop, and they WILL have them. It's in the dress up section. Also try buying it from the internet. They sell those everywhere.
