I mean I am an Indian born in USA and I stayed in India for 6 months. I noticed that girls in Mumbai try to dress up as Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez!!
PS Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears don't dress like that in real life what they wear in the videos!

I mean that is not the real fashion in America..only among 14 year olds!

The real fashion is sophistication. If you wanna look rich and luxurious it is about style and decency..take a look at some of these websites with the latest "American" fashion sense

I can't stand them. They're so ugly. They don't match with anything. If you wear jeans with them you look like a 5 year old, and if you wear a dress, well you just...look pretty weird. And those button things that you stick in the holes don't make it any prettier either. They're fine to wear at the beach I guess, since you can swim with them on, but anywhere else I wouldn't dare. Do you agree?

I have an 8th grade graduation coming up and need to pick out a dress. It is in 61 days and yes I know it is kinda early but I'm really excited so I'm looking at options. It is more of a spring dress but I still would love it to be a tiny bit fancy... a mini would be awesome!!!

My teacher asked me if there was anything going on; she said I've been acting different for the past couple weeks. I was like, Okay, in what way? I have a stuffy nose? I was sick last week.
She was like, Oh. And I said, Well, I haven't been studying as much (cuhz my grades have been getting lower). She replied, So you're not studying as much? I said, No. Are you talking about school, grades, or what? And she said, No, it's just that you've been different. If you need anything, I'll be glad to help. I was like, Okay, thx.
Maybe I've not been smiling a lot cuhz I'm still part sick, if you know what I mean.
My voice still sounds weird cuhz of the stuffy nose.
But colds don't last for weeks...At least mine didn't.

What was she aiming for?
Family? Grades?
Should I ask her tomorrow about it?

i've always wanted to become goth. i've always liked the clothes and the accesories. i would love it if people called me goth. my friend said african americans could become goth, but kinda wierd because goth was originally a caucasian thing and 'cuz u never see them. I got kinda discouraged. i seem so perfect for it especially since i'm quiet and i love the melencholy mood. then things turned around after i search yahoo answers for questions like,"Can Black people be goth?" People said that there a few so that made me feel better. I want to go goth but i'm not sure if i should go emo or punk rocker too. here is a little bit about me:

My community center has a couple of fifth and sixth grade dances and i cant decide what to wear. I look similar to my avatar and have hazel eyes,brown hair that goes down to about my armpits,and am kind of a girly goth. I just bought a new shirt that is a dark grey tank top and i might wear a black cami under that with a blkack miniskirt put im not sure but im open to any suggestions.For makeup IM AN EYELINER ADDICT!! lol but im open to any makeup suggestions preferably including eyeliner and im not sure what to do with my hair so yeah. THANX $ YOUR HELP PEOPLE!!!!!! PS i dont really want to buy anything but u can ptobly guess some of the clothes i might wear if not then list random clothes or outfits and ill see if i have them THANX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
