its just an accessory, its usually rolled up fishnet or panty hose..just a fashion choice!

A long curly wig, he must go naked. I'm thinking the guy in Silence of The Lambs who skinned big girls so he could make a woman suit. So, your man has to wear make up (lots of), and walk around all night with his winkie pulled back between his legs. If he does it, post a picture - how funny!
