Not familiar with the brand, but there are a few ways that a watch works. Obviously you're used to the battery watches which need to be changed every so often. Then there are mechanical watches that do not use batteries. There are two types of mechanical watches: automatics and mechanical. You probably have an automatic. These are wound by a small disk called a rotor. When the rotor makes a full revolution, it winds the watch. If you continuously wear your watch, it'll keep the watch wound and it will not stop. Most watches have about a 48-72 hour power reserve. That means that you can take your watch off for a few days and it'll still run. If it stops, you can just wind it to the appropriate time and start wearing it again and it should start right back up with the natural movement of your wrist.

(Side note, the other type of mechanical watch is the manual wind which requires you wind it up everyday. I'm assuming your watch isn't this kind since you would've noticed from the beginning. :)
