18, Some places will pierce if younger as long as the parent is there and they have their signature. Not all places will allow it though they have to be 18 no matter what.

you can get piercings by yourself at 18 or you can go with a legal guardian before you are 18

Depending what kind you have to be older then 3 months for ear peiricings and for belly button with adult permishon 13 and for tounge ring 16 or older.

depending on where you live, there are always downtowns and stuff who don't check for your age.
I got my ears pierced when i was a baby, my belly when i was 14 but i had to go to a place where they don't check your ID.
All my friends have their lips, nose, tongue, and belly's pierced and we're all underage.

i got my ears pierced as a baby, belly button at 13, and cartilage at 14. thats all the piercings i got.
