I have some from pacsun which are the tilt ones in 00 short and a few otheres but i have a very hard time trying to find tight jeans. Help please. Thanks :]

there are a few really good labels to try like rocawear, 7evens jeans, hollister, banana republic, even ebay?, abercrombie do awesome size 00 with a flare, check out the bidorbuy website for rock or republic- victoria beckams line, website- 'vintagedesignerclothing' by gloria vanderbilt or if possible the stores: sass and bide, wayne cooper and the like.. hope its helpful mate

I am also petite like you. I buy all my jeans from Buckle. They alter them for you at no additional cost. They have my favorite brands with are Lucky & Silver. I'm quite petite for my age, 25 & 5 feet tall. I hope this helps! :)

you should go to your favorite stores online and type exactly what your looking for
then when you go to the actual store you could
ask the people that work there what your looking for
but I should look for them at Hot Topic because they have tight pants there for every person even plus size and size 0
