i actually need to.im not one of those normal girls who want to weigh 50 pounds less.
so if you can, please include an exercise and eating plan or just tips on what to and not to eat and how to exericse.
some support would tell to!

ok...heres the deaL.........last year.,I was like the prepiest girl in my school.Well this year,I started to hate being preppy.So I took it up a notch and started dressing a bit punk and prep.Then I started getting more punk almost everyday.I started playing guitar instead or cheerleading and I would wear balck and spike belts everyday.Not like gothic black.So then I started to chage backm into punk preppy.Now i dont kno if thats a weird style or what but i dont know what other people think.The are always telling me I trty so many loooks and the think i want attention.so i started tennis and ive been playing soccer for likr 7 years now.I sill play my guitar and i wear prepy clothers w/ spike belts and guitar erarrinsg and skull headbands...i think it may work out 4 me but do u think this is a good style or bad????tell me what u think???((BE HONEST))

hey guys. im due for a new pair of winter boots. i live in canada, and it gets very cold during the winter months where i live. that said, i also consider fashion as important as warmth/comfort. should i buy uggs or mukluks? everybody has uggs, and they arent going to be popular for much longer. but also, mukluks arent as fashionable even tho they are alot easier to tuck jeans into. help plz.
