do hollister shorts stretch?ive seen a picture of them and they have that thing that can make things strtch at the top.the thing that most kids jeans have that can be made bigger

It really depends on how you wash it. When I wash mine in warm water, they have always streched.
If you wash your clothes in warm water, then buy a size down. I guarantee that it'll get a size bigger withing a week.
