I want a cute, (any color) but cheap polka dot purse. I dont want 2 order online. is there a store thats found in almost every mall that has a good selection?or at like a wal mart or something that would have a good selection selection?

I recently purchased a black purse with pink polka dots from target.....not sure if your local one would have one or not...but good luck

at payless they have these cute polka dot purses. i got one my self. they have red with white polka dots, black with white polka dots, and white with black polka dots
