Tonight I have a hot date with Ruby Jean. She's so pretty. She's got all her teeth, and no chewin' stains on her teeth at all. Well, I'm pretty nervous. I am going to take her to Piggy Joes for a pork sandwich and a cold beer. Next, we are going Boot Scootin at the local bar. So, what am I wearing? I'm wearing a crisp white button down shirt, tight levi blue jeans, and my best cowboy boots. I am wearing my best cowboy hat, but I went ahead and got a haircut. So, here's my question, how does my date sound so far? Should I give her flowers? Or is that too pushy? My Mommy likes her a lot. I'm 31 and I would like to find my perfect partner to Boot Scoot with the rest of my life, and I don't want to mess this up. Your answers to my questions and a kind word or two would be very appreciative. I used to be so lonely, but not anymore thanks to Yahoo! answers!

I'm 13 and my mom won't let me be me. My mom completely ignores my wishes to dress in my own style. I wouldn't ever consider dressing like a slut. The only way I can explain the way I dress is that Hot Topic the only store close enough to me that sells clothes for my style. Okay, so she hates it. I can't make her understand. Shopping with her is like a trip to Hell. What can I do to explain to her that this is me and who I am? All I want to be is different from the rest of the world and the clones at school. I try my best to be a good person. I don't sell drugs or whatever. You know? What can I do?

I'm really into the whole seattle grunge scene. I like screaming trees, mudhoney, nirvana, green river, alice in chains and stuff like that. I wear flannel shirts quite alot because alot of my favourite bands wore them. My friends make fun of me for it. I laugh along and it doesn't bother me at all, in fact I quite like it.
