if you know a lot about real designer stuff like i do then you can tell right away, but if you want to know how to tell a real bag from a fake bag i'll tell you. The real louis Vuitton bags that are brown are very dark, like real leather, they are also not as bumpy as a fake one, the fake ones are bumpier and are a lot lighter than the real ones. Also fake Louis Vuittons don't last, they fall apart easily while the real ones last for a long time.

There is a gold label inside the purse. This should have a number engraved into the label. Make sure the numbers are engraved and not painted on (some fakes paint on a label). Also, check out the hardware, LV will notuse cheat almost bronze looking gold that is found on a lot of the fake hardware on the purse.

No, sorry, not real. I imagine this would be one of the FAQ, but under their FAQ, this wasn't asked. They're obviously want to avoid lying... If you're not convinced, e-mail them. The prices are 1/8 to 1/ 10 of the real LV price. So no, not real. If you find someone selling 85% of retail, there's a much better chance that, they're selling the genuine article. Anything more than 15% off LV retail, I'd be concerned. If you really want that bag that bad, pay retail and you also pay for that peace of mind.

Dooney is right on the money.
The other factor is the lining. The inside of a LV bag should NEVER have felt on the inside. It should be a tan/brown canvas.
You should go to a LV store and ask to see a couple of bags to know how they should feel and look.
I you are conisdering buying a LV bag off of ebay to save money, I wouldn't suggest it. Too many sellers are selling fakes, and the real bags go for close to their real selling price in the boutique.
Go buy a real bag for piece of mind and to enjoy having a brand-new LV all for yourself!!!

i always buy real - not LV tho, too much money, but coach and DB yes.
i say, whats the point of having a fake? if u can't afford it u can't afford it!! if i can't pay for it, then i don't want a fake one. i don't buy to show off, i buy cuz i can and i like. too expensice? no problem, there are cute bags out there that don't cost as much!

honestly whenever i see anyone with an LV bag i ASSUME its fake always. i dont know how to tell from looking at the bag, i just know if its a 15 year old girl it must be fake. they are ugly anyways, get a coach bag.

you can tell its fake because in a REAL louis they use the same pattern and do not start it over ( they use one pice of fabric)
like the fabric continues...
trust me i would know.
i can spot a fake one from a mile away

Inside a fake one, it would say "Made from China" or just another Country. So just check it everytime you buy one.

There is a label and it has numbers on it. If it's there, it's real; if not, it's fake.
