16 things to do at Wal-Mart


1. Get 24 boxes of condoms and randomly put them in people's carts when they aren't looking.

2. Set all the alarm clocks in Housewares to go off at 5-minute intervals.

I want to recreate this entire look. I can handle the Make-up and Hair. I am thinking i can make the dress with a similar top, but i have no idea how to make the bottom. I know there is a certain material used in dressmaking to make the bottom "poof out like that, i just dont know the name of it nor where to get it. I also ned some recomendations for the type of fabric(s) to use to make the bottom of the dress.
