I want to recreate a look by Beyonce on the 2004 Oscars?

I want to recreate this entire look. I can handle the Make-up and Hair. I am thinking i can make the dress with a similar top, but i have no idea how to make the bottom. I know there is a certain material used in dressmaking to make the bottom "poof out like that, i just dont know the name of it nor where to get it. I also ned some recomendations for the type of fabric(s) to use to make the bottom of the dress.

Hi. The fabric you might be thinking of that makes the skirt puff out like that is either tulle or crinolin or both, but underneath there are probably several layers of it. It's the same fabric used in wedding dresses and prom dresses, etc. It looks like the detail on the skirt of the dress is very loosely gathered and tacked to create that bumpy, flowy like look. It's becoming very popular in wedding dresses as well. As for the tulle and crinolin, you can buy that at any fabric store, it's cheap, usually around $.99-$2.00/yard, but can go up in price due to the quality of the fabric. The skirt of the dress would need a thicker more durable fabric in order for you to gather it correctly. A fabric like what prom dresses are made out of, but that doesn't look as youthful, color wise. That is a beautiful dress. Good Luck with it!

JENNIFER is a acceptable women and is shifting up quickly i like Beyonce too and that i presumed she grew to become into greater suitable than happy for Jennifer.
