I don't really suggest Deb. They have cheap in price, but the quality is cheap, too. This may sound odd, but Goodwill or if you have a Salvation Army. You'd be surprised of the things you see there. People buy dresses for one night, then give them to Goodwill, because they will never use it again. Goodwill, good prices.

Get one from last year, those are the ones that are on sale. JCPenny has some good ones sometimes or Maurices, if you have that store where you live. I once got a prom dress for 11.00 at maurices. It was awesome!

I think your best bet would be going to the mall and seeing there clearance right now. Sears or Jcpennys. If you really want to be creative you could buy a dress anywhere and put addons to it or start from scratch buy your fabric If your a good sewer, sew it.

you want to buy a homecoming dress for under $30? ask your friends if they know cause i don't know where you get one for less than $30!!! also, ask your family because i haven't seen one for under $30...sorry... i never look at the prices. i only look at it if it looks pretty.

the cheapest stores that i know that you could try would be JCpenny, Debs, Macy's. i highly doubt that you could find a dress for under 30 dollars
