Ok. I have this pair of pants that fit me ferfectly in the waist, but are like highwaters. Is there anyway I can possibly expand the lenght without getting now ones??

You can put some material at the bottom. Like flowers or something.

If there is no additional material in the leg, like rolled up a bit to create a cuff, then I am not sure they will be able to do much for you. Might be able to shorten them into shorts. I would recommend talking to a tailor in your area and see if they have any suggestions. Good Luck.

You could try to have them professionally altered, but it could cost more money than what the pants are actually worth. Or-measure the pants waistline and hips and use the measurements along with the correct inseam when you shop for your next pair(s).
