For those of you who don't know gauging is the practice of stretching out one's ear lobes. Here is a picture for an example. http://www.warriorpiercing.com/Earlets1.jpg

According to yahoo news, a Madrid fashion event have turned away underweight models, because young girls have developed eating disorders trying to copy their stick insect abnormal physiques.

All I can say is about time too! But now model agencies are up in arms about the decision!

Maybe hopefully, they will now get the message that we are fed up of the bulimia, anorexia and heroin chic look. Employ some normal women with healthy curves!

Whats your opinion?

I saw a pic of a beautiful purple boat neck top in an Irish magazine and it said it was from Wallis. But my local branch doesn't have it. Has anyone in Ireland or the UK seen it in the shops?

I am a guy who is going to be playing a female role in a play (or at least part of my role is playing a female and part is a guy). I need to learn how to walk in boots with heels (I think about 3 inches) and move around reasonably nimbly. Any tips for walking in heels would be appreciated.

Thanks

I dont want to be greedy but as a first time business person I want to get a far price but not price myself out of the market. I have seen that "cost plus pricing" means that jewellery is marked up by 250%. Seems a lot to me but if that's the norm.....

they said they wanted to help tackle body issues a among young women. i think it's a good idea to have a clear line that staes just because your stick thin doesn't make you beautiful. i also read about this girl that i had her first fashion show as a model and she so wanted to look her best she starved her self to death and died just after she came off stage in her sisters arms. so i think this is good but the fashion industry is outraged at the ban. you do think it's a good idea ?, do you think there is a need for reform?

The black mark looks like the sole of my shoes have rubbed against the shirt whilst in my bag on my way home from playing football? The shirt is an offical replica White England football shirt.

This happened a few weeks back now, and has survived a few cycles in the washing machine.
