Elminster the Wise and Aged Wizard from Faerun. Or Gandalf, or Merlin, they're all pretty much the same. You got your wizardly purple robes, white beard and hair, pointy hat, wizard's staff and you're good to go.

A scarlet pimp, of course, and if this doesn't work for you... there are many other options. You could go as a barrel of monkeys, the fruit of the loom grapes, a dog with rabies, (THAT sounds fun,) a french maid with terrible herpes, a computer with y answers on the screen, a candle with both ends of the wick burnt, an envelope full of anthrax, a dunce cap, a jammed (and irate) paper shredder, the world clock with dead batteries, a cell phone tower, an hourglass, (if you have some curves to pull it off...) a mcdonalds french fry container full of fries, and my all time favorite thought, starbucks coffee cup, complete with the little sleeve around the cup.
Good luck to you, and WHATEVER you do, DO NOT go as a minxy, it is rough sometimes being me... you know it is not easy being cheezy... (HEY that is is, you could be Chester Cheetah!)

- Vampire (romantic era or gothic)
- Firefighter
- Pirate
- Romance novel cover boy
- Military
- A Vetrinarian
and believe it or not, It's funny and will get you tons of attention
- A woman

What have you gone as before? There are alot of ideas if you go to a craft or material store, they have patterns for Halloween costumes thatare original, and easy if you don't know how to sew just write down peices that you would need to make the outfit Like long skirt, puffy blouse, etc and then go to a second hand store and peice it together, Fun Easy ans original, no one will have your costume, My kids win costume contests every year!
