I was just approved today for a Victoria's Secret Angels credit card, but I'm not 100% sure what it's good for. Obviously I know the perks such as discounted items, coupons, savings, etc., but are there any yearly or monthly fees attached? Does anyone who has one have anything good or bad to say about it? My groomsmen are wearing black suits w/ Kelly Green ties. I'm wearing a black suit as well and debating between either an ivory or silver tie. We're leaning towards the ivory just because we like the look, however there's the school of thought that the bride should be the only one in anything close to white. However, the bride in this case is fine with ivory. The other concern is how well the ivory would show up in black and white pictures. Also we thought that if we went with the silver tie, a nice touch would be to have my mother wear a silver dress.

The wedding is in the beginning of September, in the bride's backyard, very informal and low key. My boyfriend loves the idea of something black and vintage looking...but I've read that black and white are no nos...Black especially being wrong for a casual daytime wedding. I've never been to a wedding and I have no clue what is appropriate. I was thinking about one of those halter dresses...with a little cardigan over it. Is that too casual though?
Also, the dress will be plus size so any ideas on stores that carry decent looking plus size dresses would be helpful!

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with designer labels. I'm a little picky when it comes to my running shoes, but why is everyone so picky about what kind of purse or clothes they wear? Does it really make that big of a difference? Aren't clothes pretty much all the same? Is it like an ego thing? What's your opinion?

I was really annoyed when I realised, I doubt it could have fallen out as they were all folded with the hangers on, so I'm assuming the assistant forgot to put it in the bag, or maybe did it on purpose as she said it was a really pretty top. I remember her taking it off the hanger and thought she'd put it in the bag, whereas the other tops were all left on the hangers. So I'm not sure. I'm just worried now that if I go back saying it wasn't in the bag, they'll think I'm lying and trying to get another one free. Has this ever happened to anyone else? By the way, I was definitely charged for the top as it is stated on the receipt.

I am getting married next july and have started to look at dresses. My fiance hates ball gown and other puffy/fluffy styles. I found a dress that i am in love with and it is puffy. Shoudl i not get it becuase he may not like it? I know this is a stupid question because its really about personal taste... but what would you do ladies?
