Well after reading all the answers to this question, I am in total disagreement with most, yes ladies like to wear heels for other ladies but they also know what impact it has on the men around them. As for guys not checking out the shoes, lies...all lies, most men will not admit it but heels do turn most mens head(Both of them) here are a couple i like
