use baby powder or corn starch (just a little goes along way) on the bottoms of your feet and the insides of your shoes. and take some with you in your purse, just in case.

You'll look 150% better without your glasses...I'm serious when I'm asking you to find any kind of small stickker/absorbant/tissue and stick at the bottom of your clammy feet (eww!)do it just this once till the interview is over......risky but works...

at most stores they sell "not socks" or Loafer socks. They are designed to look like you dont have any socks on. I LOVE them. They should help control the sound and clammieness

If the shoes don't make your feet smell a Little noise won't hurt unless they sound like farting then that won't be good either.

you can get those inserts for your shoes, i think some prevent your shoes from feeling sweaty. Make sure you are wearing CLOSED-TOED shoes to an interview (you didn't say if they were open or closed)

for an interview, i dont recommend new shoes. wear comfortable, yet nice shoes. you are going to have to concentrate on getting the job and not on your noisy shoes. good luck on your interview. be yourself.
