Maybe they do feel you're a bit underweight? Check the weight charts and talk to your doctor to discuss a healthy weight and diet. You may be eating "all the time" but your eating could be teeny-tiny crumbs of food which don't add up to much.

Im guessing you are like me. Im 5 foot 3 and the heaviest i've ever weighed is 8 stone 9. People say i'm thin but i eat four times a day and snack too, and big portions too. I just have a small frame and dont seem to put loads of weight on.

Its annoying when thats all people say but honestly trust me when i say ignore it. As long as you know that you are eating enough and that you are the right weight for your height that's all that matters, eventually they will shut up.

Everyone's metabolism is different, some of us burn calories quicker than others, meaning that we dont put weight on that much. This doesnt mean there is anything wrong with you, like i said as long as you are eating enough healthy food you will be fine, the only time to worry is if you are eating the same amounts but you notice that you are losing weight, then you would need to go to the gp.

there not much U Can do to make others stop calling U things, it like saying how do U stop people from being racist, people r just people, and will say and do what every they want.

U say U eat all the time, have U ever looked into the possibility U may have a tape worm?

if not and U eat all the time, U may have a fast metabolism, try eating less throughout the day, and bigger meals, that should help to slow it down

Nothing. My aunt is like that...tall and skinny. So are a lot of my father's side of the family. There isn't much you can do. You have a very active metabolic rate. Maybe when you're older and have a kid or 2 you'll add some flesh.
Just ignore people who have nothing good to say. You can't make somebody stop...so you'll have to deal with it.

Me too, i am ultra thin but eat all the time! I just say that I am the one of the luckiest people. it's in the genes or something to ward off the subject. Dont whinge about it and rise above them. They will move on to other topics if you dont make a meal out of it. They are just plain jealous!

I had the same problem as a teen, people dont realise their hurting your feelings, but it hurts just as much as being called fat. I would try to ignore it your metabolism will probably slow down. I used to drink protein shakes they helped a bit. But remember a lot of people will say it because they are jealous. Dont let them get to you, tell them if there so worried about it then they can shout you a meal!

First of all, make sure you're not in denial, because anorexia will eventually kill you. Only you, yourself, know if you have it. If you do, get some help. If you DON'T have anorexia, then don't let it bother you...just agree with it! (maybe you could go to the doc and make sure you don't have a thyroid problem)
Agree with them and say something like: I know, I'm so skinny! I'm so lucky, I don't ever have to diet! Think of your favorite benefit of being skinny....and share it with them. Maybe bring up one of THEIR good qualities and point it out.
People will ALWAYS comment about something, and it's usually because they're jealous!

I am very skinney too, people never comment though because I'm short. The kids I'm guessing who are saying this are probably overweight or insecure about them selfs. They are just jelouse because you don't have to worry about getting overweight. Be glad you are skinney, that's what I think when people do give me a hard time.

Some people actually are this way...not everyone that claims to be, but some are. Just tell them it's great being able to eat whatever you want and you hope it lasts. Or just pig out in front of them.
