Where can I buy makeup (Rimmel Underground and Revlon, especially) the cheapest, at Target or Wal-Mart/Wal-greens, etc?
Is it the same price everywhere or are some drugstore brands cheaper depending where they're being sold?

Ive heard using Rose Water (Rose Hydrosol) works great for decreasing under eye puffiness. Ive also heard Preparation H works great for this problem and also for the purple marks under the eyes. Anyone know anything about this?

Where can I get Rose Water? Im not looking for something with 10% or 20%, but want 100% Rose water.

I am going to a wedding reception tonight and am wearing a black 89 diamonds button up shirt w/diesel jeans. I don't have any black shoes at all. I need to get a pair right away but don't know where to get them. I am on a budget and don't want to get a shoe that is too dressy that I wouldn't wear it again. I've got two bottles of conditioner that I haven't opened and I've had them for a little over a year (brands are Trader Joes and Rusk). It takes me a long time to go through a bottle as my hair is very fine, so a little goes a LONG way. There's no expiration date on the bottles and the color of the conditioners hasn't changed. Will these still be okay to use or would it be best for me to pitch them?
