Where can I buy makeup (Rimmel Underground and Revlon, especially) the cheapest, at Target or Wal-Mart/Wal-greens, etc?
Is it the same price everywhere or are some drugstore brands cheaper depending where they're being sold?

Walmart Is Usually the Cheapest On Makeup. Target Is Kind Of Expensive & Usually A Dollar Or Two More Than Walmart. The Same With DrugStores! I Get All My Makeup From Walmart.

I like Target and riteaid. At target the place just seems more clean. Riteaid is expensive but you can return the product if you don't like it. Even if its used and open you can return them 30 days.
