Ive heard using Rose Water (Rose Hydrosol) works great for decreasing under eye puffiness. Ive also heard Preparation H works great for this problem and also for the purple marks under the eyes. Anyone know anything about this?
Where can I get Rose Water? Im not looking for something with 10% or 20%, but want 100% Rose water.

just put a table spoon in the freezer for ten mintues and put them on ur eyes for about 3 minutes that should work

Yes, preparation H probably works better than rose water. Try the prep h first, I've heard that works wonders.

I use this stuff from BENEFIT cosmetics. It is a little more pricey but it works great. its call lemon aid, it is a yellowish color that helps hide the darkness then I use Erase paste which covers everything!! I have natural dark circles and spent years trying everything, and these 2 products work the best for me. They cost around 30 bucks each but last for 6 months to a year.
