Shamingley I have had this habbit since I was a small child after watching my mother do it. I have tryed the nail biting solution but that really dosnt seem to work plz help people as my nails are really un lady like .

I got a perm on Thursday afternoon around 5 p.m., Right now, it's around noon on Saturday. Do I really have to wait full 48 hours before I can shompoo my hair? I need to go out in about an hour and my hair is just too greasy not to shampoo it. I went to my normal hairdresser today to get bangs. Now, the last time I went to her was in the summer where I brought in a picture. My hair looked nothing like the picture, but it was managable. Today, I brought in another picture. She said she was going to give me more layers. She neglected to tell me how short, the top layer is like two inches. When I have my hair down, it looks like a mushroom or something is on the top of my head. I can barely pull my hair back and have to use a headband. I was wondering on what I should do. As the hairdresser is a family friend, I dont intend to go back and complain. Should I get my hair bodywaved/lightly permed? I'm wondering if that will add more volume to my bottom hair. [shoulder length]. I know hair grows back, but I dont want to wait, It's the worst haircut I've ever experienced. I dont want to cut my hair shorter. My bangs look really bad also. I thought they were going to be angled, but are just straight across. Thanks for any replys.
