I love to be naked as much as possible, indoors or outdoors, alone or with other people. For me, as long as it's an appropriate place, such as a beach, pool, sauna and even certain public situations where nudity is tolerated (such as at a concert or Spring Break). I'll probably get naked very quickly. It's a great feeling.
On the other hand, I'd never think of getting naked in an inappropriate place or for an inappropriate reason, such as to be shocking or disruptive, etc. To me, that's intolerable and a terrible imposition on the rights of others.
