i assume you are talking about san fran? there are probably a few "bay areas" in california. but i'll just go with that...

I have gotten a few tattoos up in the bay, they are pretty specific when it comes to parental consent versus laws in place. The best way to go about this is to talk with tattoo artists themselves because the tattoo shop might have specific rules against it. This also isn't something that they would promote or advertise everywhere and for good reason.

diving swallow in downtown oakland has an amazing artist! her name is marie wadmand. i have contacted her but was turned away cause she is booked for the rest of the year. there is a new shop in dublin that is good.. i forget what its called though
