I just got my industrial piercing done on Friday (8/25)-3 days ago. I was just wondering how exactly do I clean it to prevent infection? I don't feel my piercer gave me specific instructions for an industrial, she just gave me general piercing instructions. This is what I do everyday-in the morning in the shower I wash my ear with anti-bacterial soap and warm water-I spin it and move it back and forth (I just recently been able to do that without it hurting)-then I rinse it out with warm water. After the shower, I put ear piercing antiseptic around the holes with a Q-tip. At night before I go to bed, I just clean it with ear piercing antiseptic again. so all I use is soap, water 'n antiseptic. Am I doin this all right? I should also do salt soaks right? How do I do that and how often? Thanks much!!

I'm 20 and I used to have very good shaped breasts in the past and i Lovedit's size and shape,but through the last year I lost about 20 ibs andalthogh I did exersises(I do aerobics)they have become smaller and I'm getting sick!I really dont like them anymore:(tell me what to do plzzz
