but not by using fair and lovely or some other cream but like something u have 2 eat 2 make your whole body fair (not just my face).

Fair skin is all the rage here in my area. Tans, and skin cancer are out these days. The woman all wear those big brimmed hats, to help keep their faces from browning. Other than that, I don't know of any thing except for maybe that cream for age spots...

Actually, you can't, but if you use a good sunblock before going out it'll help keep you from getting darker.

the first task is to avoid the sun. i dont think that there is any food that does that. because as soon u start laking foods u might just get unhealthy.

eating or diet intake wont help you get fair....never heard...but u may get yourself DIY (Do it youself)at home externally. cucumber juice/potato juice/almond crushed make it a good paste..and smear all over
