How exactly do I clean and care for a new industrial piercing?

I just got my industrial piercing done on Friday (8/25)-3 days ago. I was just wondering how exactly do I clean it to prevent infection? I don't feel my piercer gave me specific instructions for an industrial, she just gave me general piercing instructions. This is what I do everyday-in the morning in the shower I wash my ear with anti-bacterial soap and warm water-I spin it and move it back and forth (I just recently been able to do that without it hurting)-then I rinse it out with warm water. After the shower, I put ear piercing antiseptic around the holes with a Q-tip. At night before I go to bed, I just clean it with ear piercing antiseptic again. so all I use is soap, water 'n antiseptic. Am I doin this all right? I should also do salt soaks right? How do I do that and how often? Thanks much!!

Companies and stores such as Hot Topic and Claire's market rinses used in ear and body piercing aftercare; some piercers consider these suitable, however, others feel that they have excess chemicals that only hinder the process. For the most part, piercers agree that hydrogen peroxide and isopropyl alcohol are effective in sanitation but too strong for fresh piercings and often result in irritated piercings or excess scar tissue.

The debate over what constitutes proper aftercare is belied by the simple fact that a healthy clean piercing that isn’t made to become irritated through harsh treatment (of any kind) will almost always heal perfectly; but personal preferences will vary.

honeybee had a rather nice answer but I'm going to add in a few things. An industrial needs to be soaked in a sea salt solution as she mentioned but the reason this is particularly important over the KIS (which everyone i know calls it litha-leave it the hell alone) is because cartilage has a low blood flow and this soak will help increase the flow, helping it heal also it will relax the piercing so its not as tight and painful also helping to loosen crusties which could get pulled into the piercing and cause damage to the fistula-so please stop turning it, that's only causing more damamge.
