Try going to a 'farm store', like Tractor Supply, or a place where they sell leather coats (aka The nearest Harley Shop) and look for something called 'Care 4'.
I've been using it for years on everything from my boots & shoes to my leather coats and chaps, to saddles & bridles.
It's used on the farm to soften and moisturize leather. Give it a try. It's some wonderous stuff!

Just keep wearing them. Wear them all the time. Wear them around the house all the time, around the town to do errands, everywhere! Make sure you buy the spray that protects them from getting stained though from the rain and other stuff like juice or whatever else you may spill on them if you really love them!

Wear them around the house and you'll wear them in. I've never tried mink oil but that would be cool to look into.
