i got a perm on tuesday morning and between now and then i rinsed it with tomato juice (to get the smell out), and rinsed it in the shower with cool water twice. i am afraid i have relaxed it too much! i know all about what happens to the hair during a perm and why you can't wash it but how is rinsing it?

On the sole of my heel (along the outter edge) my skin is hard and broken in to many cuts. I believe I got it from walking on cold surfaces barefoot. Now when I press on it, it hurts.

I've tried Lamasil AT for several weeks but it didn't get any better.

I have dipped my foot in hot water and then cleaned it off with a razor but it keeps returning.

It's still to dark I need a good brand BLONDE that worked with tones and highlights... I'm just going to put over the dark parks and roots......
I've used Nice and easy in the past and it worked great, but there a re some many new things out there I'd like to hear the GOOD and the BAD....
The ones that didn't work well before were REVLON and FERIA, but whos knows maybe they've gotten better now Or maybe nice and easy sucks now?
