I watched the Tyra Banks show once and learned that a lot of models use crushed asprin mixed with water into a paste, then put on the effected area. Aspirin is nothing more than Salicylic acid, which is the same ingredient in most acne face washes. You can buy aspirin cheap at the dollar store and it does the same as the expensive products...I've tried it for myself and it works great. It will dry your skin out a little bit, so try a spot before you cover your face. Good luck!

Any Cleanser with Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide. The salicylic acid has a exfoliating action and the benzoyl peroxide has a drying action. You also want a oil free moistuiser. You can get trements with these ingrediants in them. Benzoyl peroxide is in a great product called Benzac which you can get from pharmacies. You can get it in different strengths, depending on the sensitivity of your skin and how bad the pimples actually are. Hundreds of treatments out there with salicylic acid in them also.

I recommend Bobbi Brown lathering soap. It has coconut and Apricot oils that give your face a clean feel and it wont dry out your skin.
Mix with it the ground pea mix to help the blackheads. Also from Bobbi brown.

A great otc acne med that I found is Clearasil's dailly blackhead control scrub wtih natural sea salt, and you can get it pretty much anywhere that sells acne meds.
