Hello,

People sometimes I suffer from panic/anxiety attacks, especially when I'm about to play a gig, they have bothered me for years, I try and ignore them so they will go away, but sometimes it don't work any tips or things I can do?

a friend of mine told me that if you gradually stretch, instead of having the skin cut out in the size that you want it, you can tear the skin later onso that it will swell up and go back to the way it was before you stretched. is this true?

right now i have normal earring piercings. can you begin streatching from that size?

i'm not worried about pain. i just don't want saggy earlobes when i get older, ya know?
