Hazel. It's very subtle. It will change it's shade to the dominant color around you. Hazel is a cross between brown and green. It will definitely match your light brown hair. And if you happen to be wearing a green tops, hazel will show its charm by shifting between brownish-greenish. People will actually ask you, "Are your eyes brown or green?"
Trust me, I have hazel-colored eyes.

You need to go to a large department store to one of the make-up counters or small make-up stores like M.A.C. or Aveeda and ask for help. It's not just the color of your hair, but the color of your eyes that matter. Find someone who works there who has your coloring (skin, hair, eyes) and ask for help in choosing your colors.
I am assuming you are talking about eye make-up here.
If you really are talking about eye color, I think the color you were born with is best.

What color are your eyes? Almay makes quite a few eyeshadows to fit any eyecolor. I don't think your hair color matters too much, but bringing out those beautiful eyes will catch anyone's attention!!! I have hazel eyes, and I bought Almay's "Play up the Hazel" and it really does bring out those colors!! Look at my eyes in these pictures and you will see what I mean!!!! Oh and you can get the eyeshadow at walmart. Theres 3 different colors and they tell you where to put each color and how to apply it!! Good Luck
