To tell you the truth- it might not be the most healthy way to be thin (no not meth people) but drinking beer I swear it works. And it's way more fun than working out or taking crazy pills or drugs. I'm sure wine or hard liquor works as well. I think any alcohol will do the trick. Being a heavy drinker myself I know that when you do have a high intake of booze you don't crave sweets at all and you pretty much only want healthy foods packed with vitamins when you wake up the next day- well I do. Also you want to consume mucho agua when done drinking which I hear is good for you. So good luck with that.

Eat less, exercise more.
It is THE only way.
Diet products do NOT work anyway, so it's a good thing you don't want to use them. If they worked, then most of the world would be skinny.
Start off by exercise 3-5 times a week, for 30 mins at a time. Make sure whatever exercise you do BRINGS YOU HEART RATE UP to about 65-85% of it's max (max is 220 minus your age). If you don't bring the HR up, then you're just wasting time.

With some help from certain products (can't name it on the net) and some sensible diet, enriched with a little bit of mental coaching, you should not have any problem losing weight.

Eat fruits, vegetables, not many sweets, and drink LOTS of water. I drank a water bottle every day for 1 month and I lost three pounds, and I still ate chocolate and everything else I always ate, and walking. I would recommend walking, its better for you than running and actually burns more calories than running.

To do this, it needs hard work from itself. First, u should eat less junk food... Try to drink more fresh fruit juice and u also can try doing house chores... u can also go 4 a window shopping bcozu still can burn calories while u walk... :p

Eat 1200 calories a day. But you will have to excercise. Do push ups, sit ups etc.

you can decrease your calorie intake so your body will release fats stored in your body but make sure you will eat foods with vitamins and minerals because fats only supply energy not vitamins
