My girlfriend says I have nice healthy nails but that I should get them professionally cleaned and trimmed, (I keep them clean myself for the most part). I work on my car a lot so sometimes my nails do get pretty dirty. I immediately say, “Hell No” though. She tries to tell me how it is not effeminate – but I disagree.

Am I being too extreme here, or do you agree with me? Just so you know… regardless of what you say, my mind is made up and I still am not going to do it. But I am curious to see if any other guys and girls agree with me or her.

well i use herbal essences right now and i dont know but my hair kind of gets dry from it if i use too much and then the dryness sort of makes it frizzy...
so whats a good shampoo for smoother hair?
and also, is there a shampoo to make your hair straighter?

I USE to have really crappy hair. I use to wear my hair up ALL the time..to the point it became naturally wavy. Finally I wore it down and straightened it....My hair looked gorgeous. I don't want to straighten it all the time because I know it will seriously damage my hair and I'm trying to get it healthy. I have SOME split ends....is there anything homemade that can fix them?
