Pilates works wonders on the hips. Might hurt for a few weeks, but you'll get tone and definition.


Sorry, didn't realize you're male. But you can definitely do well with Pilates or aerobics. BTW, women love a man's butt, too. In fact, it's the only reason most of us watch football. Tone the muscles in your legs and butt and it's a very good thing indeed. Just MHO. :D

My hips are the largest part of my body, as well, thanks to having a child. That's where all my leftover baby weight has remained. I think I could use a little toning up, but most of the guys I know say I look just fine!

Walk atleast an hour a day. Walking is the best exercise you can do to lose fat. And do specific toning exercises to target your problem areas
