Eyecon from benefit is great, but don't expect any miracles from it. I would use that in addition to a good concealer, such as boi-ing from Benefit to get rid of dark circles.

Oh my gosh!! It is so hard to find a good concealer, especially as one ages (creases, you know). The best one I have found is CoverBlend by Exuviance. You can get it in dept stores or Ulta. They are all too pricey, but dark undereye circles are depressing- if I don't wear concealer, people have asked me if I'm sick, and I'm like, No, I feel great, or at least I did before you asked me that. So try it- I hope it works for you.

On QVC I think you can get a kit with both Icon & boing together. It's supposed to work well. Also Redpoint cosmetics has a concealer compact, that's supposed to work well too, as it has different shades in one compact. It's sold on QVC too. I tried Exuviance, liked it but too much product kept on coming out everytime I took the cap off, kind of a waste.

Kinerase Under Eye Rescue is phenomenal for circles and Clarins extra firming eye serum works for bags - you can actually feel it tightening up the bags. As for concealer - I LOVE Bobbi Brown - it gives great coverage without looking too heavy

I'd suggest either TimeWise® Firming Eye Cream, which firms, brightens, provides intense moisture, plus minimizes fine lines and wrinkles. (http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/lipeyecare/10003209/10003209/default.aspx). Or Indulge⢠Soothing Eye Gel. It's a cool, soothing gel that helps reduce the appearance of puffiness (http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/lipeyecare/10274300/10274300/default.aspx)

I've had excellent results with the Cover Girl line. All their products cover and prices compare favorably.
