I am a watercolorist and am thinking about painting with water-soluble oils.. any advice would be great..To start, what brand is best?
How about mediums? Maybe a suggested beginner's palette.
Thanks

I would consider myself an introvert and I want a professional fun job without having to constantly talk. Is photography a good idea?

I know that a white primer/sealer spray paint is great for shirts (black) cause it lasts and doesn't wash out. But no one sells a black primer/sealer that I know of. I need to know what kind of black spray will work....and it needs to be in a black flat kind of color. Thnx

Truthfully, I figure it's my kreative kin who can help me with this one. Most folks think traditionally, and answer that to keep moisture out of our walls, follow Lowe's mold killing and renovating instructions.
Nah, I've got moderate alleriges in just six months' living here, and I want to do something WAY more original.
So, please hit me with your best, not quite-too-expensive wall ideas!
And tell me how to texturize them, make them opaque if need be, whatever you think will spice it up!
Thank you so much!

I had to seal my headlights on my car with clear silicone to stop the condensation. I need to paint it black because it looks terrible.

Can anyone tell me if i were to mix sand with my oil paint would it stay fixed on the canvas? Also does anyone know of anyother mediums that i can use to thicken paints, other than the more expensive meduims in the Art shops. I need advice on the best and cheapest way to ship a kind of large painting, (about 24"X30"X1"). Anyone have any experience with doing this? Anything I should avoid? Is using the USPS O.K. or should I spend more and use FedEx or UPS?

I've alwaysed loved to draw, but I have a recent overpowering interest in photography. I also want to see how good I am at painting.

(a bit of a long stretch) Am I right by saying that good courses to take in college would be art appreciation and art history? If there are others please tell me. What types of jobs can I get with an art background? Tell me and I will research them. My life is on the line here folks.

I want to use Marc Chagall's "Three Candles" for some printed invitations, not for resale. It is certainly within 50 years of his death, though am wondering if it makes a difference for personal use... I live in Australia.

Also I see a lot of warmth and love in this painting, though I am told it was intended to convey protection from harm, and isolation... Can anyone comment?
