So, is there life after death? Is there any way to live after death, personally or metaphorically? Should society find a way to stop biological aging?

We have all met people that stop and drop everything and lend a helping hand to to others. I often wonder, what is the motivation for this kind of behaviour? I have come the conclusion that one of the reasons that they help people is for the reason that it makes them FEEL GOOD about doing it. So are these type of people with this kind of motivation selfish? They are not doing the act to geniunly help the person, they are doing it because it makes them feel good? Therefore their motivation is selfish. Agree? disagree?

According to natural selection the one who is least adapting to the environment would die out. We fear heights naturally because those that did not have died out. We fear darkness naturally because those who lived in the night died out due to creatures and no longer exists. Can anyone explain to me the evolution of our consciousness? techically we did not need a conscious to survival it was not needed for our survival if we were more cold hearted and less kind and nice we would have done better in survival so why does people exist with conscious today? Monkeys obvisiously lack a conscious they cannot feel pity for one another nor give to the poor/ starving monkeys. Monkeys cannot feel love but sex cravings. So why did these emotions evolve as well? They were certainlly not needed for survival? Doesn't it seem more likely God gave us our human conscious?

The biggest enemy for human is nature, agree? For example, within our Blue Planet, we have Tornado, Flood, Global Warming, Hurricane, Earthquake, etc… Beyond our planet, we have Black Holes, Asteroids, Comets, Meteorites, Stars Explosion, Aliens, etc… Also, the universe is so dame big which allows us to have infinite research or exploration. Do we really have time for war? Do we really have time for unimportant stuff? Do we really have time for ridiculous or none sense stuffs? Life is short and time is fast; in average, human can only do things between the age of 16 to 80; so practically speaking, human only have 64 years to explore or do research. Our time is really Ticking like a Clock.

All humans long for the company of others, it is a basic fact of life that we wish to be with others.

This may take the form of friends and aquantances all the way through to a lover or husband/wife relationship.

My question is why do we long for the company of other humans, what is it about us that makes us want to be with others?

Serious answers only please.

P.S. Please do not only quote about people who don't wish to be with others, this is not the point of the question.

Please explain your answers.

I thank you in advance for your insight.

The universe will eventualy die due to expansion right??? if thats true then is this theory possible???
The Eternal Return is basically the theory that there is infinite time and a finite number of events, and eventually the events will recur again and again infinitely. Consider the world as a super-complex chess game. If games of chess are played one after another forever, eventually a game will be repeated since there is only a finite number of possible games, it is the same with the world; eventually events will recur in the same order. The world is an eternal process of coming to be and passing away. The process, however, has no beginning or end. Eventually every combination of matter and energy will be realized and repeated and infinite number of times. it was one of the main topics of the philosopher nietzsche.

(this is NOT reincarnation, it is reliving life over and over EXACTLY down to the last detail. its the same life over and over for all eternity)

the thought is very disturbing cause we have to relive this life over and over forever. and i have NOT had an easy life

We all know that illiteracy means the unability to read and write:

1. Can the term be, metaphrically speaking, expanded to include some people who are literate? Please, explain!

PS: Serious people only. Using foul language will take you nowhere.
