So, is there life after death? Is there any way to live after death, personally or metaphorically? Should society find a way to stop biological aging?

If you were to die, there would be life after death. Most people will continue living.
No, I understand what you really meant. Who really knows? I sure hope so. That'd suck to have it just end forever. It doesn't seem right.

Read the poet E. E. Cummings. He talks about a few ways to live after death. And ageing is a part of life that's moving. Dying is fine because we are still doing it. We can live in anything with an ing ending. Whether it's as worm food, or a rose heaven or dreaming of Spring, I feel very safe when I read him.

Yes there is life after death. I have seen spirits over the years. Too many experiences to name here but it has totally assured me that life goes on. The only people I truly believe do not get the joy of living in spirit on earth, are the ones that have created hell for those living on earth now or in the past. So yes I have witnessed so many many events. I do not care what the religious fanatics believe I know what I have seen.

There is no life after death, period. Life begins before birth, and before conception. Our spirit never die. it(The Spirit) uses our body as a vessel to mingle with like forms of beings, while we live a life span. when our spirits do not occupy a body we live in a state of consciousness with other spirits floating through the earth's gravitational pull for years. so by the time we occupy another vessel we must learn the process of living all over again. the next time you see a baby cooing and laughing try to see what they see, you can see them if you try. it is a documented fact that infants can see angels, or spirits. "see the movie " city of angel's " it will take me longer to explain the physic and philosophy of this theory then the time it will take you to view this movie.

Death is a gift to us so we don't have to live on this place so full of negativity and destruction for to long. There are ways to find out about life after death. Seek to have an OBE (out of body experience) and you will learn that you are not your body, your body is a shell to hold your soul while you experience this physical reality. Forget about all this talk about heaven and hell because its a bunch of nonsense, hell like SO many other things was invented to control the weak minded masses.

BOY I HOPE SO!!! Sooner or later we are going to have to deal with the fact that while we probably have the ability to make everyone live productive lives indefinately, where the heck is everyone gong to live?? If no one dies, and babies are continuously born, we are doomed to starving ourselves to death.

Absolutely there is life after death; it is just a matter of where each of us will be spending it;
If you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for your sins and whom God rose again three days later; you will be spending eternity with God -trust Jesus Christ He is the potter...and it is His blood that He shed on the cross at Calvary that covers our sins...
If you do not believe on Jesus Christ -then you are an anti-Christ and yours will be eternal fire damnation with gnashing and gnawing of teeth; without God
Our heavenly Father is awesome; He is love and He is Holy and cannot have anything to do with sin; and Jesus Christ is the living Word of God-God wishes none to perish-all are welcome and now is the time for salvation-you can ask Jesus Christ into your life/heart right now ...ask him to forgive you and if you mean it in your heart He is just to forgive us...He loves you very, very, much ...He came to give us life more abundantly...join up with a youth group or college group or any ministry at a Christian Church...

He hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then he realized there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife.
