Me and my 4 friends are going to paris in 2 weeks with school. 1 of my friends still needs to pay £65 but will not tell her mother so she won't be able to go. she says she'll pay herself. Unfortunaley this person never has any money and when she does get money she spends it on food. what can i do? please help.

It's a fairly short poem - I think only 4 or 5 verses of 4 lines each - about a monster that gradually approaches closer and closer to a man's house, until one night it gets him. I can only remember two lines: "Claws on gravel and a rabbit's scream/ ripped the fabric of his dream". If anyone knows what the name and author of the poem are, I would be very grateful. Thanks.

1.Uneven as was the moonlight over the pond,there wes a harmony between light and shade,rhythmic as a well-know melody played on the violin.

Most of the peoples are living for the sake of living and there no specific purpose of living. Eventhough some has specific purpose of living, the purpose of living is not achieved ultimately because of the un known reasons. So, I am requesting to tell the way of living peacefully. I am an American and have never personally met a Canadian so I cant say I hate them for one reason or another. Does this go way back to the 1800's ? I don't get it .
